Double checked, it is V1.70
Are any DNS-based tests running (such as the REVDNS and MAILFROM tests)? If not, that would mean that Declude JunkMail probably can't reach your DNS server.
Otherwise, the debug mode may be necessary. To use the debug mode, you can change the "LOGLEVEL LOW" line in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg to "LOGLEVEL DEBUG". Then, after a few E-mails have been processed, you can then switch back to "LOGLEVEL LOW" (the debug mode adds huge amounts of information to the log file). You can then send me the \IMail\spool\dec####.log file (as an attachment, off this list), and I can take a look at it to see what is happening.
