So I would replace my global.cfg file with yours and then add/replace my stuff?
That's one way (the other would be to add any changes to your global.cfg file).
Do I need 1.70 for this or can I use 1.65 as there was a small problem in 1.70 for me? Or should I just get 1.70iXX?
That's up to you. The latest config files are compatible with all previous versions of Declude.
