If anyone is having issues not communicating with part of the net, this may be your issue.
For the past couple of days it looks like MCI is routing some traffic to a teat router on their UUnet network. I have bee talking with a tech oveer at MCI who has bee reluctant to admin the problem but finally did. The router in question is 199.171.61.195.
