Sorry, I should have posted the complete header for you to see. Notice the
x-declude-sender entry in the header is a subdomain of my entry in the
blacklist file.

What version of Declude are you running (typing "\IMail\Declude -diag" from a command prompt will show you)? I believe that there was an issue with one version where long E-mail addresses might not get handled properly.
