Samantha, don't hold on IPNOTINMX.  This test, like NOLEGITCONTENT, is
different from the others in that when a message fails it, it is very likely
a good message.  You shold IGNORE on these tests and add a negative weight.

You should check up on each of the tests before implementing them so that
you know what they're for.  The archives are great for that.
