We have several automated systems that send us email using ISO 
character sets, and I wish I had an easy method to filter this stuff too. 
The best we've come up with has been WORDFILTER on subject 
and/or body, which catches most.

Except I didn't know there were so many ways to spell V-1-A-G-R-A...
