Along that same line then, as has been discussed before, any thought to
changing deccon.exe so as to be able to access from other than the console,
and other than the lengthy work around we discussed last year but that I
have not had the time to try yet?

The problem is that it must run when the system is first started, but it seems that Terminal Services doesn't have any way to let you access the default window. There may be a way to get around this in Declude, but we haven't stumbled across anything yet.
