Actually I always use the latest beta. You can find here:

Many new features including plugins. plugins are discussed on a
separate developer list and there is at least one bayesan - archives
at http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/
In Options->Preferences there are tabs to add plugins and set up
various methods for virus and spam control.
