While there is a per domain/per user WHITELISTFILE feature, I do not see a
BLACKLISTFILE feature that works per domain/per user.

That is correct. What most people don't instinctively realize is that whitelists and blacklists are *very* different. A whitelist does just one thing: It forces an E-mail to be delivered (pass all spam tests). A blacklist, though, can do many different things (typically one of the Declude JunkMail actions, or a change of the weight of the E-mail). That's why whitelists and blacklists are handled very differently in Declude JunkMail (with blacklists acting like regular spam tests, and whitelists being a configuration option).


Is this something which is under consideration?

It is something that we do plan to add.
