I'm running the latest release, v1.75. How do you tell if it's BASE64
encoded?

Unfortunately, that can be difficult to determine. You would need to view the raw source of the E-mail, which many mail clients don't support (you would need to be able to see the MIME headers).


One other possibility: Is this the last line in the filter file? If so, you should make sure that there is a return at the end of the line -- many programs will not properly handle the last line in a text file if there is no return after it.
