Lets see here. There is a way to do this.

Setup a filter:

MAILFROM        50      ENDSWITH        domain.com

Then use program MATCH.

In the from file, list all valid addresses.

In the too file, list only @domain.com

Give the test a weight of -50.

Then, any message listed as a from address with domain.com that does not
have the from address listed in the from file of MATCH will be given a
weight of 50.
