Markus, just a couple of things I noticed about your config file:

- SPAMHAUS is both listed and commented:
SPAMHAUS ip4r sbl.spamhaus.org  *  20 0
#SBL  ip4r sbl.spamhaus.org  127.0.0.2 30 0

- SORBS tests are regular IP4R tests, not RHSBL tests:
SORBS-BADCONF rhsbl    dnsbl.sorbs.net     127.0.0.11 3 0
SORBS-NOMAIL rhsbl    dnsbl.sorbs.net     127.0.0.12 1 0
