I have the following entries in a separate filter file:

SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Delivery unsuccessful: Mailbox has
exceeded the limit
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Mail delivery failed: returning message
to sender
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS failure notice
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Undeliverable message
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Returned mail: see transcript for
details
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Delivery Status Notification (Failure)
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Mail System Error - Returned Mail
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Undeliverable: Re: Details
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Warning: could not send message for past
4 hours
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Returned mail: see transcript for
details
SUBJECT 40 CONTAINS Undeliverable message

I had set it to delete for one particular corporate user by creating a
separate .junkmail file and warned her that this would also stop
legitimate warnings. Turns out that the mail she was getting was from a
different account on the same domain that was forwarded to her main
account. I imagine that was by passing the filter I had set up for her.
I have made another .junkmail file for other account as well. Also the
40 is over my delete weight so it should have deleted it for everyone.

I was just wondering what other people are doing in this situation...

Configure a filter test looking for body words and HOLD on that test.
