Is there a test that can be based on the results of 2 or more other specific tests? ex: an email that fails both HELOBOGUS and BADHEADERS would fail "HELOHEAD" and have x number of points added/deducted to it?
No, that is not possible. It is something that has been requested, but it looks like a feature that few people would use.
