is it possible to set a test for a specific domain ... rather than using the whitelist (as I recall there is a limit to the number of whitelist tests that can exist) so instead could I set up a test where the domain could not fail? If yes what would it look like .. I am using the declude standard version ...

You might want to use the new WHITELISTFILE option in v1.75, which lets you whitelist E-mail addresses for individual users or domains.

You can add a line "WHITELISTFILE C:\IMail\Declude\mywhitelist.txt" to the \IMail\Declude\example.com\$default$.JunkMail file, and then add E-mail addresses to the C:\IMail\Declude\mywhitelist.txt file that should be whitelisted only for that domain. The WHITELISTFILE option allows unlimited E-mail addresses to be in the whitelist file.
