The DSN failure means that your server isn't set up to receive messages sent from <> senders (null senders). There's a checkbox for this in IMail's SMTP configuration menu. You also might want to go to rfc-ignorant.org and see what you need to do in order to get out of their list, but this is something that is pretty minor because lots of servers have that turned off (not all are on that list though).
Your reverse DNS is resolving here. It could be a hiccup on your local machine (check the DNS service), or maybe you don't have IMail configured properly for DNS, which is also in the SMTP section. Earlier today it was recommended that you use 127.0.0.1 as your DNS server in IMail if it is hosted on the same box. You should check your JunkMail logs to see if there is a DNS server error before you change any of that.
In general though, you should take a look at the JunkMail manual page first for information about these tests. Information about the DSN and OSRELAY test for instance (and other tests from Osirusoft that should be disabled immediately) can bee found there.

the REVDNS confuses me because 12.35.63.10 has a reverse dns pointer....
