Well, they can already send mail to any old user, since you don't have access to their userbase and are forwarding stuff on to them and bouncing stuff from their server back out to the 'Net (and killing their double-bounces). Even if you could assume that all mailboxes are valid and create IMail maildrops for them, how are you supposed to generate the forwarding addresses? How does this differ substantively from them just accepting mail for more than one host alias? For example, if someone sends to [EMAIL PROTECTED], and you forward it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]@mx.example.com, how was that easier than having their server just accept the mail to the original address? It's not like the sender is in any way notified of the forward. Please explain further if you wish. -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ --- [This E-mail was scanned for viruses by Declude Virus (http://www.declude.com)] --- This E-mail came from the Declude.JunkMail mailing list.
