Yeah, we're aware of that one also. And other than one glitch in receiving
mail, we haven't experienced any problems receiving mail (with one exception
below). Of course, you never know when you don't receive something unless
it was sent by someone important.

The only company that we're aware of that has trouble sending us email is
Ebay. We've had problems forever with those guys. We get all of their
auctions status emails just fine, but nobody can change their email
addresses because their confirmation emails don't arrive. Probably
unrelated to Qwest, but we can't figure this one out. I might blame Imail,
but we had the same problem with a Sendmail configuration before switching
to Imail.

We don't have a lot of choice about what providers we use thanks to
long-term contracts with clients. But Qwest's service has been nothing
short of excellent, so in spite of the RBL problem, I don't have anything to
complain about. We also have AT&T and X0 and have problems on a monthly
basis with both. AT&T just goes down at random times and it takes them two
hours to get it back up again, and they never tell us a reason for the
problem. XO likes to do unplanned router upgrades and major configuration
changes whenever they feel like it, which is often at 3pm in the afternoon,
and they never know we're down until we call them. We have a CCIE here that
frequently receives calls from X0 guys asking him IOS questions. Reminds me
of the ELI days.
