Can anyone help me or shed some light on what has happened and how to fix it.
The first thing to do is go to a command prompt and type "\IMail\Declude -diag". You can check the "Declude JunkMail Status:" line to make sure that it says "registered" (otherwise, it won't be running).
The next thing to do is check the log file entries for some spams to see if they are failing the appropriate tests, and whether or not the action you think should be taken is.
You may also want to download the latest \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file from http://www.declude.com/junkmail/manual.htm , as it incorporates a number of major changes over the past few months.
I'm running Imail V8.3 and Declude Junk mail PRO I ran declude updater so I assume I have the latest version.
FYI, just be careful not to run the Declude Updater program if you are not covered by a Service Agreement (it doesn't know whether or not you are, and may download a version you are not authorized to run).
