Is there a way to limit how many Delude Processes are running at the Same time?
Yes -- if you go to http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-19980302-ES01.htm it explains how to set up IMail to limit the number of processes used for mail delivery.
However, this should rarely be necessary.
