I set the Global.cfg log level high, and I can see that the bsumariwalla.junkmail file is being used, and some mail is being processed per the rules setup in bsumariwalla.junkmail, but the mail doesn't arrive to web messaging or my POP3 client.
The per-user configuration file is indeed being used.
Why isn't this working? Do I need to copy the global.cfg file to the "domain folder"
No, the global.cfg file is used just for [1] global settings, and [2] actions for outgoing E-mail. Only only global.cfg file is used (the one in \IMail\Declude\).
According to the log file, the MAILBOX and ATTACH actions are used, so the E-mail should be going to your "spam" mailbox.
What version of Declude JunkMail are you running (you can type "\IMail\Declude -diag" from a command prompt to find out)?
