At what log level does Declude record the total processing time?

At the DEBUG level. However, it is not a very accurate indicator of real processing time -- it is simply the elapsed time minus the time to wait for DNS requests. So if you have 10 Declude processes that all start at the same time and all finish 10 seconds later, it will show each one as being about 10 seconds. In reality, of course, they should all average to 1 second in that case.
