This means that a local account has forwarding turned on to point to that yahoo account. If To address doesn't have forwarding set, it is possible that there was a BCC addresses on that message which had forwarding set up. It should be fairly easy to find if so. My logs also don't seem to show any other form of acknowledgment than what I see below in yours.
