Declude.exe kicks off then hangs and waits a few minutes.
This is almost certainly due to a bad DNS server. If you check the IMail SMTP DNS server entry/entries, you should make sure that the first DNS server listed exists and is reachable.
If that doesn't explain the problem, cut and paste the entry/entries -- that will fix a problem with some recent versions of IMail the DNS servers do not get properly stored in the registry.
