I get that same problem at different times of the day. Like now.
I have lots of power and my dns server is working perfectly. I monitor the system using Remote Task Manager. The Declude process looks like it take 10 - 60 seconds per email. It is almost like it is in a wait state looking for something. I loaded DNS on the mail server to eliminate it as the problem.
