[Declude.JunkMail] Funny false positives :)

This came to a customer that recently move over to our service from 
Verizon because they were deluged with spam.  I found it to be funny 
that we blocked it since most of it points to a very poorly configured 
mail server, and the topic of the announcement from Verizon was E-mail 
maintenance.  They even managed to hit our secondary MX for some reason 
even though it's on the same damn machine :)

On December 28th, between 12:01 AM and 06:00 AM CT, Verizon will be
performing maintenance on our Business E-mail servers.  Customers
will not be able to retrieve their email but will be able to send during
this time frame.  Also, customers will not be able to make account
modifications during this time frame.

the maintenance.  All e-mail sent to customer's accounts will be
available upon completion of the maintenance.
