No I had printed the manual... thanks John, with your direction and Kami's detail I was able to figure out that the two tests that are failing are adding up to a weight of 10 thus moving the mail to the spam box and not delivering it to the intended recipient.  I believe I can push up to a WEIGHT11 and the mail from that domain will pass.  That may be what I do until I can read more and figure out how to write the proper domain processing rule for IMail.  Thanks again for the help everyone.

Did you click on the Global.cfg link? That is the default Global.cfg with the default tests with the default weights with the default actions.

Thanks for the reply John, but I read the whole manual before posting and a listing of the tests is in the manual but the default weights for failing these tests is not covered.  Anyone else have any ideas.

I am new to declude and I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to finding the default settings (weights) in web form.  I have not seen them in FAQ for declude.

I do not have access to the configuration files on the mail server only my hosting company does, that's why I need to see them on the web,

I am trying to get mail from a certain domain to pass but it is failing the weight10 test.  When I look in the header I see that the email failed for:

X-RBL-Warning: HELOBOGUS: Domain becks.xyzcompany.com has no MX or A records.
X-RBL-Warning: REVDNS: This E-mail was sent from a MUA/MTA 66.x.x.x with no reverse DNS entry.
X-RBL-Warning: WEIGHT10: Weight of 10 reaches or exceeds the limit of 10.

The mail is only failing 2 tests and going over the weight of 10.  What weight does the HELOBOGUS and REVDNS tests have by default?  Also in your opinion should I contact the administrator of this domain to inform him his mail fails these tests?
