Is LOGLEVEL HIGH now the same the old LOGLEVEL MID?

What other changes are there in the log files?

Correct.  Those were moved to LOGLEVEL HIGH, as log files are now often 
more than 10 times the size they were a year or two ago (due to the
larger 
volumes of spams, and the higher number of spam tests).

Ah, that is a good point.  It looks like it may be best if we switch it 
back to LOGLEVEL LOW, but have an option to turn it off.
