All,

I just wanted to announce something exciting in the next release of
SPAMC32 as a teaser toward your getting acquainted with the current
version.

SpamAssassin inherently uses Perl RegEx to perform its filtering, so
SPAMC32--right now!--offers Declude users the ability to create custom
header or body rules with full RegEx support (look out for processor
utilization, as always).

But the current SPAMC32 release is not able to transparently forward
Declude's variables to SA for use in composing those rules. In other
words, Declude's multi-hop awareness and knowledge of the IMail
envelope is unknown to SA unless (a) text is permanently added to the
message in the D*.SMD file or (b) you try to simulate some of these
variables with redundant, processor-intensive header scanning. The
next release of SPAMC32 will instantly pass Declude variables that the
admin selects to SA via a temporary, easily parseable header that
won't appear in the final delivered message. So get ready!
