Nick, check out http://www.emtinc.net/spamhammers.htm and grab the four rulesets there that Jennifer put together, they are all very good. I have another one of her small rulesets that I will send you off-list, as well. Also check out http://www.merchantsoverseas.com/wwwroot/gorilla/sa_rules.htm and grab the bigevil.cf, obfu.cf, fvgt.cf, and any of the others that meet with your liking.
Drop the files into the same directory where you local.cf lives and then cycle the spamd service and you will be good to go.
