I've been a customer of yours now for a couple of years and I wouldn't post to the list if I didn't first read the manual and still have a question. What is it about what I've described would make you think I didn't first read the manual.
You want to bounce any E-mail with a weight of 14 or higher. The manual says "DO NOT USE THIS ACTION ... the BOUNCE action should only be used if ... you fully understand why you want to bounce the E-mail". You gave me no indication as to why you want to do this. Using the BOUNCE action means that you do not want spam, but do not mind if someone else has to deal with it.
I'm running 1.76i30
Actually, you should not be running anything after 1.60.
