If I whitelisted it, will the logs still show which tests it failed?

That means that their IP is listed in 3 spam databases, that's all.

No -- that's probably not why the E-mail was blocked.

What you need to do is either [1] look at the X-Spam-Tests-Failed:
header 
in the E-mail to see what tests it failed, or [2] look in the Declude 
JunkMail log file to see what tests it failed.  That's the first step --

the next step depends on what tests it failed.
