It appears that emails addressed to two of more local users is tested for each recipient even though it is the same message. Is that right? If so, isn't it a waste of effort/resources? If so, can that be stopped?
They aren't tested twice. If there are multiple recipients, the tests are all run once, but multiple actions can be taken. In this case, for example:
02/11/2004 21:39:11 Qf55a016a01105362 Msg failed HELOBOGUS (Domain itp1-28.thomsonlearning.com has no MX or A records.). Action=WARN. 02/11/2004 21:39:11 Qf55a016a01105362 Msg failed HELOBOGUS (Domain itp1-28.thomsonlearning.com has no MX or A records.). Action=WARN.
The HELOBOGUS test was run once, and the action was WARN for both recipients.
