I saw your reply to Kris suggesting two tests. Mine is set up with one test...to subtract 1 for messages between 7 a.m. and 10:59 p.m., and add 6 for messages outside that time range.
HOUR hour 7 22 -1 6 Is this not also correct? It seems to be working.

Couldn't Kris use: HOUR hour 6 22 0 5
