If  by  sender you mean the envelope sender, and not the username used
for  SMTP  AUTH, I don't see why not.

Actually, that's what Declude JunkMail currently does. This lets Declude JunkMail know whether the envelope sender is a local address or not.


What I'm talking about above is determining if the user has permission to relay mail (and therefore the DUL/DYNA/etc. tests should not apply to the user).
