Would the SUBJECT and COPYTO actions be compatible, meaning if you had the
following it would work:

TEST1 weightrange       x       x       25      35
TEST2 weightrange       x       x       25      35

TEST1 SUBJECT   [Possible SPAM]
TEST2 COPYTO    C:\Imail\Spool\Spam\CopyHeldForReview
