Declude Console, aka Deccon, is really only used for Hijack. That is the app that keeps track of outgoing messages by IP address. While if running, you will see messages being processed by Declude Junkmail and Declude Virus, depending on volume, it is extremely hard to read as I think there is only 10 lines visible for each.
So, if you are not using Declude Hijack, you really do not need it, and therefore in your Global.cfg and Virus.cfg, you should have DECCON OFF. If you are going to be using Declude Hijack, you need to download the Deccon.exe file from the Declude site.
