No, it is your responsibility to check to see if it changes.
Declude JunkMail is designed to prevent legitimate E-mail from getting caught. If you are blocking the E-mail, there is probably a problem with your configuration. If you are blocking our mail, you are almost certainly blocking a fair amount of legitimate E-mail from other sources, too.
For example, you may be using 2 or more spam databases that each list IPs that they think are dynamic. If that is the case, the total of all the weights for all those tests should not be enough to block the E-mail.
