I feel bad now that was listed in the fine print of the manual.
A quick copy and paste in Excel and I have descriptions.

Actually, the IP blacklists and sender blacklists were designed to let you 
use your own description.  For example:

         @bestdeals.com  Bestdeals is a company that we received spam from

would cause:

04/28/2004 00:14:52 Q3dca01de026a2147 Msg failed BLACKLIST-DOMAIN 
(Bestdeals is a company that we received spam from). Action=WARN.

But we will change this to automatically use the E-mail address/domain/IP 
if no description is present.
