Can someone tell me why the below message did not fail the HELOBOGUS test?

This one didn't fail because it appears to be from a local user (<mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>[EMAIL PROTECTED]), which causes Declude JunkMail to bypass the test. With no way to easily tell for certain whether or not a user is really a local user, Declude JunkMail bypasses the test for senders when the E-mail address is on a local domain (since most mail clients send out invalid HELO/EHLO hostnames).
