[Declude.JunkMail] Validate Email address

We’ve noticed our server delivering email to other accounts even though it’s addressed to an invalid account. Anyone know how to get Declude or Imail to check the TO: line against the servers Imail address database? We’re using Imail 7.14 on a 2003 box and using the Imail user database. This is an attempt to stop the BCC use by SPAMMERS.   Or any other ideas?
