This is an important distinction, and you have said yourself that SMTP envelope rejection of invalid addresses is necessary under the current realities. Currently I only verify the recipient domain... You don't need ORF to do that, o'course. Why would you quote that when the full sentence said, "however we are working towards a system that registers every valid address and rejects all others; it's just a matter of figuring out how to best automate the process as the functionality is already there in ORF.
