Maybe someone can answer this for me. Looking at my daily WamLog stats I see that my DOW test is averaging about 90-95% on message failure.

DOW dow 1 5 -10 10 Or is this percentage a little lower because of local (outgoing) IPs being whitelisted? Just checking.
