Scott,
        Did the Msg Failed line under LOGLEVEL MID to report the
individual line numbers that it failed in a filter test get moved to
HIGH?

Do you have the "Msg failed" lines in your log file?  If not, then you
should go to "LOGLEVEL HIGH".
