I use the list in a FILTER file, with a BODY filter for each domain, and I assign a weight to the obviously bad ones that will ensure that it gets held (a FILTER file requires Declude JunkMail Pro).
I only see these domains at the bottom of a message as in "go here to get removed from my list [if you're sucker enough to believe a spammer]".
