what the heck is going on?
You'll have to tell me. :) The only thing I see here that seems to indicate that the E-mail may have been marked as spam is:
X-IMail-Rule: H~X-RBL-Warning:NULL Data- X-RBL-WARNING: SPAMCHK: MESSAG
It sounds like you have an IMail rule to delete any E-mail with an "X-RBL-Warning:" header. That has two problems: first, it will delete any E-mail that fails a single spam test (probably deleting a lot of legitimate E-mail), and second, it will delete E-mails where other servers add an X-RBL-Warning: header.
In this case, it's probably best not to play with IMail v8's anti-spam or rules. You can accomplish the same thing more easily in Declude JunkMail by using the DELETE action (although I would recommend the HOLD action instead, so you can retrieve E-mails if anything goes wrong). For example, you can change the "WEIGHT10 WARN" line in the \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file to "WEIGHT10 HOLD" to block any E-mail with a weight of 10 or higher.
