[Declude.JunkMail] Way to punish null senders?

I found this arriving today.   X-Declude-Sender: <> [66.205.198.196]   Is there a way to “punish” e-mails with a null sender? Is it appropriate to do that?   Internally on the From field it shows up as Secret Markets [EMAIL PROTECTED]            Goran Jovanovic      The LAN Shoppe
