You can also weight each line at zero and apply the weight in the Global.cfg.
In ipfile format it would look like the following:
200.150.125.0/24 This is my comment for this block that will appear in the WARN action (if I want it to).
ipfiles will do the same thing except they can only be weighted with one value in the Global.cfg and they will always be run unlike filter files which can have SKIPIFWEIGHT settings stop their processing on messages with an already high weight and therefore they can be more efficient.
