AutoWhite does work for store-and-forwarded domains. However, the
catch is that if the destination domain is an AutoWhite-protected
domain (either local or gatewayed), the message will be considered
incoming, so the recipient message count will be _queried_, not
_updated_. So messages between known gatewayed domains will never
update the recipient count, nor will messages between known local
domains.

At least this is what I believe the situation to be with the current
version.
