List,

I'm curious as to how others are managing whitelisting if your policy is
to never tag messages sent from your clients as spam.

Currently, I have the $default$.junkmail in the root \declude\ directory
set to IGNORE all tests - which works to an extent. The major issue I
have is when a client sends and email to an external address, CC'ing
themselves or someone else with an account on my IMail server. In this
scenario, I don't think Declude has the ability to treat these two
emails separately (IMail design limitations?). How are others handling
this?

I am considering keeping a whitelist file and whitelisting all MAIL FROM
"clientdomains", but this means all forged / spoofed spam is dutifully
whitelisted...

Thanks,
Steve
